For travel technology companies
Add transfers to your product with a clean API and a signed price
A REST API with a public OpenAPI contract, test keys in an isolated world and an MCP server so your user’s AI can quote and book. What is quoted is what is charged, and you earn on every booking that comes through your integration.
Talk to PartnershipsExample trip
Málaga airport to Marbella, saloon car
- Fleet price
- €80
- Your customer pays (+8 %)
- €86.40
- You earn
- €6.40
- The fleet keeps (85%)
- €68
- TransfersManager (15%, card included)
- €12
Example amounts. Each fleet sets the real price and you see it before you sell: what is quoted is what is charged.
What happens to you today
Your customers ask for transfers and there is nobody to ask
The traveller lands and wants to settle the transfer in the same flow. Without a provider with a clean API, the product leaves it out or settles for a loose link.
One provider per destination, one integration per provider
Each destination brings its own fleet, format and way of confirming. Maintaining all that is engineering work that is not your product.
The price changes between quoting and charging
If the price shown is not the price charged, support pays for it and the user’s trust suffers. You need a price that does not move.
How it works
- 1
Tell us what you sell
In writing, in the form on this page: your company, your destinations and how you want to offer the transfer. No calls.
- 2
You get your channel
Your branded link, your QR, your portal access or your API key, depending on how you will sell. Every booking is attributed to you.
- 3
Your customer books and a local fleet drives
At a price fixed when booking. A verified fleet does the service, following the flight, and you earn your margin.
How you earn: net rate
The fleet sets its price. You put your margin on top, between 4% and 10% (10% by default). TransfersManager keeps 15% of the fleet’s price, card payment included, and the fleet always keeps 85%. We settle your margin with you by bank transfer.
Ways to integrate it
From the one that fits you best to the one that needs most development. You can start with one and add others later.
API and MCP
Partner API if you work with one specific fleet, Network API if you have no fleet of your own and want the whole network: /coverage, quotes with a signed price valid for 24 h, idempotent bookings, cancellation, PDF voucher and flight lookup. And the MCP at mcp.transfersmanager.ai so your user’s AI can quote and book.

No development or one callPost-booking link with a real “from” price
For your product’s confirmation email or screen: from-prices for the “from” price per airport and price-links for the exact price, with a link that charges that price until it expires (24 h at most).

A CNAME in your DNSWhite label on your domain
If you would rather not build screens: a booking website with your brand on your own domain, or on a tmfleets.com subdomain, and the emails to the passenger keep that website.

What you get
Public contract and test keys
The openapi.json is public. The tmc_test_ keys answer with the same contract from an isolated world: no real fleet sees your tests and nothing is charged.
Signed price, valid for 24 h
The quote returns a price signed by the server and the booking is charged exactly that price for 24 hours. What you show is what is charged.
Idempotent bookings and the full cycle
Retrying a booking does not duplicate it. You can also change, cancel under the operator’s policy, download the PDF voucher and look up a flight with a suggested pickup time.
Coverage before quoting
With the Network API you check /coverage and only quote where there is real supply from verified fleets. Your product does not sell a transfer nobody can perform.
MCP for your user’s AI
Connect mcp.transfersmanager.ai and your user’s AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) quotes and books transfers inside a conversation.
You earn on every booking, and for referring
Net rate: your customer pays the fleet’s price plus your margin (4% to 10%, 10% by default). And if you recommend the software to fleets, the PARTNER programme pays 50% of what we receive for the first 12 months, 20% after that and 30% for life with 10 or more clients.
Live example
This is a real call to the API: what your system receives when quoting, with the signed price that will be charged as is. Try it first with a tmc_test_ key.

And if you want to see the panel from inside, the demo opens a sample account with no sign-up.

What is true today
- Today the booking website quotes transfers on the Costa del Sol (Málaga) at a fixed price. The partner network opens destination by destination: before you quote we tell you live whether there is a verified fleet, and where there is none nothing is sold.
- A real fleet already serves its website on its own domain with us: costadelsoltransfers.com.
- If a flight is delayed, the pickup is remade; if the fleet cannot make it, the service passes to another fleet in the network.
Glossary
- MCP
- A protocol that lets an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) use external tools. With the TransfersManager MCP server, your user’s AI quotes and books transfers.
- tmc_test_ test key
- A Network API key that answers with the same contract from an isolated world: it lets you integrate and test with no real fleet seeing anything and nothing being charged.
- Signed price
- A price the server signs when quoting. The booking is charged exactly that amount while the quote is valid (24 h), without recalculating it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I test the integration without risk?
Yes. The tmc_test_ keys work in an isolated world with the same contract as production: no real fleet sees your test bookings and nothing is charged. The openapi.json is public.
What is the difference between the Partner API and the Network API?
With the Partner API (tmp_ key) you work with one specific fleet that issues your key from its panel, and you settle with it: TransfersManager charges nothing in between. With the Network API (tmc_ key) you need no fleet of your own: you quote where there is supply, the booking returns a payment link and it enters the network once paid.
How much do I earn per booking?
It is a net rate: your customer pays the fleet’s price plus your margin, negotiable between 4% and 10% (10% by default). TransfersManager keeps 15% of the fleet’s price, payment gateway included, and the fleet keeps 85%. Channel commissions are settled by bank transfer.
In which destinations can I quote?
Today the booking website quotes on the Costa del Sol (Málaga). The partner network opens destination by destination as fleets are verified: before you quote we tell you live whether there is supply, and where there is none nothing is sold.
Can my user’s AI book directly?
Yes. You connect the MCP server at mcp.transfersmanager.ai to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and the assistant quotes and books transfers in the conversation, with the same signed price as the API.
