For airlines
Offer the transfer in the flight confirmation and add revenue per passenger
A link with the transfer already filled in, in your confirmation email, an API to integrate it wherever you want, and a flight monitor that remakes the pickup if the flight is delayed.
What you get
Transfer in the confirmation
Put a link in the flight confirmation email. The transfer booking opens with origin, destination, date, time, flight number and passengers already filled in.
Revenue per passenger
Every booking that comes through your channel is attributed to your company and earns your channel commission, which you agree within the channel range.
Delays without calls
If the flight is delayed, the flight monitor remakes the pickup, alerts the traffic manager and, if the operator cannot make the new time, the service goes back to the Service Pool so another fleet takes it.
Fixed price
The quoted price is the price charged. No surge pricing, so your passenger sees no surprises just after landing late.
Passengers and crew
Book through the API or from a portal with your brand the transfer of passengers hit by a delay and of your crew, with a PDF voucher for every service.
Tracking for the passenger
The passenger gets a tracking link to watch the car arrive, and you see the status of every service without chasing anyone.
Three ways to start

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to start?
No. The post-booking link is pasted into the confirmation email with no development. The API is for when you want to integrate it into your own systems.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
The flight monitor remakes the pickup with the real arrival time and alerts the traffic manager. If the operator cannot make the new time, the service goes back to the Service Pool and another fleet takes it.
What do we earn per booking?
The fleet keeps its full net fare and your channel commission is added on top. It is agreed between 4% and 10% (10% by default) and TransfersManager settles it with you by bank transfer.
Which destinations have cars?
Today the supply is in Spain, with the Costa del Sol (Málaga) as the main area. Before quoting, the API tells you whether there is coverage.
Can I try it before integrating anything?
Yes. The public demo opens a partner account with sample data, with no sign-up and no card, and the API has test keys in an isolated environment.
Try it before talking to anyone
The demo opens a sample account with no sign-up and no card. When you want an agreement, tell us in writing.
