Question 1

What subscription plans does TransfersManager offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer different plans adapted to the size and needs of your fleet. Each plan includes a set of base functionalities, and as you upgrade, you get advanced tools (e.g., advanced reports or more manageable vehicles). You can choose between monthly or annual plans, whichever suits you best. Check our pricing page for updated details of each plan.

Question 2

Can I try TransfersManager for free before subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We have a 14-day free trial period for you to explore all features without commitment. During the trial, you will have access to all the features of the Professional plan, so you can see the value it brings to your operation. We do not require a credit card for the trial, and at the end, you can decide which plan best suits your needs.

Question 3

Is there a long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

We do not require long-term commitments. You can change plans or cancel at any time, directly from your control panel. If you opt for an annual plan and decide to cancel it early, we will refund the unused portion according to our policies. Also, if your fleet grows or shrinks, you can scale to a higher or lower plan without complications, ensuring you always pay only for what you need.

Question 4

What happens if I have more vehicles?

Accepted Answer

On Basic and Professional you can add vehicles: each extra vehicle costs €10 a month with annual billing (€12 a month if you pay monthly) and adds 2 more drivers to your limit. Premium goes up to 50 vehicles; from the 51st the plan is Enterprise, custom and by contact. The Free plan has 1 vehicle and cannot be extended: to have more, you change plan. Prices exclude VAT.

Question 5

How do I start using TransfersManager?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is quick and easy. After creating your account, a setup wizard will guide you step-by-step to register your vehicles and drivers, configure routes, and set preferences for your fleet. The initial process usually takes less than 1 hour for a medium-sized fleet. Additionally, you have interactive tutorials and the support of our Customer Success team.

Is it compatible with my current systems?

Accepted Answer
