TransfersManager is a white-label fleet and booking management platform for private transfer, VTC and taxi operators: auditable automatic dispatch, route sheets, invoicing, native apps and a booking website under the operator’s own brand.
Who it is for
- Private transfer, VTC and taxi operators running airport, hotel or corporate transfers: from a single-car owner-driver to fleets of fifty-plus vehicles.
- Companies that need to hire transfers for their own events: conference organizers, wedding and event planners, travel agencies and hotels. There is no direct hiring flow yet, but they can ask us and we’ll pass it on to verified operators in the Service Pool.
Who it is not for
- It is not a passenger-hailing app for the individual traveller, like a ride-hailing service: it is the software the transfer company runs on.
- It is not for tour operators.

The five product concepts
Auditable dispatch
Automatic dispatch decides which driver covers each service by weighing six criteria (area coverage, proximity to pickup, the driver’s day density, fairness of the split, driver preferences and service profitability). With the same data, the assignment is always the same, and every score is stored, so it can be reviewed later if a complaint comes in. A language model writes the plain-language explanation; it never makes the assignment.
Route sheet
It is the document with the services assigned to a driver for their shift: pickup time and place, destination, passenger details and service notes. Inside the driver app it is called the manifest. It is generated automatically from dispatch and updates in real time, without phone calls or loose messages.
Service Pool
It is the network where an operator who cannot cover a service (no vehicle, no driver, wrong area) passes it to another operator in the network instead of turning it down or subcontracting it on their own. The service first reaches the trusted operators of whoever released it, and if no one takes it, it opens up by plan: Premium sees it after 5 minutes, Professional after 15, Basic after 30.
Own-brand website
It is a booking website under the operator’s own domain and brand, not TransfersManager’s. It is generated with AI from the fleet’s own data and is included even on the free plan.
Voice agent
It is an AI agent that answers the operator’s phone, in several languages, closes the service with the passenger and sends the payment link. By design, it never charges during the call. It is included from the Professional plan up.
