Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, TransfersManager) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies". We use first-party and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons for our website and services to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our services. Essential cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our website and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas.

Performance and functionality cookies

These cookies are used to enhance the performance and functionality of our website but are not essential to its use. However, without these cookies, certain functionality may become unavailable.

Analytics and customization cookies

These cookies collect information that is used either in aggregate form to help us understand how our website is being used or how effective our marketing campaigns are, or to help us customize our website for you.

Advertising cookies

These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you. They perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously reappearing, ensuring that ads are properly displayed, and in some cases selecting advertisements that are based on your interests.

These cookies are used to enable you to share pages and content that you find interesting on our website through third-party social networking and other websites.

cl_attr — first-party marketing cookie (90 days)

Stored only if you accept. It records where your visit came from (source, medium, campaign, landing page and the advertising click id, for example Meta's) so we can tell which ads work. If you reject, nothing is stored, and if you withdraw consent it is deleted from your device.

cl_consent — first-party strictly necessary cookie (180 days)

It records your own cookie choice and the date you made it, so the server can honour it and we do not ask you again. It holds no personal data and is exempt from consent: you cannot ask permission to remember the permission.

_fbp and _fbc — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

Only loaded after you accept (the same choice that activates cl_attr). Purpose: measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and optimise ad delivery. _fbp identifies your browser; _fbc records the click id when you arrive from a Meta ad. This data is transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard for that international transfer. If you reject, the pixel is never loaded and neither cookie is written.

partner_ref — first-party marketing cookie of the partner programme (90 days)

Stored only if you accept marketing cookies. When you arrive from a link of a partner in our partner (affiliate) programme, it keeps that partner's code so your signup can be attributed to them and, where applicable, you get the invitee discount. If you do not accept, nothing is stored on your device: the code only travels in the page address and is sent with your signup or payment. If you withdraw consent it is deleted from your device.

_ga and _ga_ — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC)

Only loaded after you accept (the same choice that activates cl_attr and the Meta pixel); if you reject, nothing from Google is loaded and neither cookie is written. Purpose: aggregate statistics on how the site is used (pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source). _ga distinguishes browsers and _ga_ keeps the session state of our measurement property (G-P7B36FX8T7). Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google LLC in the United States, with transfers covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Retention: 2 years from the last visit (_ga and _ga_). If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops measuring immediately (Google Consent Mode) and both cookies are deleted from your device. __Host-tm_demo_vid — first-party functional / preferences cookie (12 months, only if you ask for it)

The demo at demo.transfersmanager.ai shows no cookie notice because by default it stores nothing that is not necessary: unless you ask, every visit starts fresh. This cookie is only created if, at the end of a conversation with the assistant, you tick the box «Remember me next time I come in» (it is unticked). Our server sets it (HttpOnly, Secure, only for api.transfersmanager.ai) and it holds a random identifier used to recognise you when you come back to the demo and show you the summaries of your conversations. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. It lasts 12 months. You can withdraw it at any time by unticking the box, with «Stop remembering me» in the demo footer or with «Forget my data», and it is deleted from your device. For the call to work, the tab also keeps a strictly necessary session identifier (tm-demo-voice-session, session storage), which disappears when you close it.

au_* — browser storage of the chat and voice assistant (AgenteUno, session and local storage only, no cookies)

The assistant (chat and voice launcher) sets no cookies. The launcher is always shown, but until you open the chat it writes nothing to your device. When you open it, it stores, as strictly necessary to keep the conversation going, identifiers in your browser storage: au_sid_ (session), au_conv_ (conversation), au_hist_ (tab history), au_open_ and au_view_ (window state), au_ut_ (chat user identifier), au_consent_ (acceptance of the chat notice), au_tts_muted (voice muted) and, to remember what you do with the launcher, au_launcher_y_ and au_suggestions_* (position and dismissed suggestions). sessionStorage items disappear when you close the tab; localStorage items stay until you clear the site data. Assistant measurement: only if you accept analytics cookies, the assistant sends usage events (opens, impressions and A/B test variant) to api.agenteuno.ai, an AgenteUno service, and stores au_abv_ and au_imp_ and a session identifier from the moment the page loads. If you reject or withdraw consent, that measurement stops immediately, without reloading, and none of it is stored or sent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer: it reopens the cookie notice with your current choice so you can change it. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (GDPR art. 7.3): it turns analytics off and deletes the cl_attr marketing cookie from your device, along with the Meta pixel and its _fbp/_fbc cookies.

You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website though your access to some functionality and areas of our website may be restricted. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser-to-browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.

Some of our business partners (e.g., advertisers) use cookies on our website. We have no access to or control over these cookies. This cookie policy covers the use of cookies by TransfersManager only and does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties.

Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) is one such third party: its pixel, described above, transfers data to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can review its privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
