How you earn
Two ways to earn, and they don’t mix
If you sell transfers, you earn on every booking. If you recommend the software to a fleet, you earn from its subscription. You can do both.
Sell transfers
Agencies, hotels, OTAs, airlines, companies, event organisers.
Basis: every booking
- The fleet sets its fare and gets all of it.
- The passenger pays the platform fee and your channel commission on top, agreed with you (today, between 4% and 10%).
- Your commission is written into your channel agreement and frozen on every booking: renegotiating does not change what was already charged.
- We pay what has accrued by bank transfer, and in your panel you see every booking and its commission.
- With the Partner API you work with one specific fleet and settle with it: TransfersManager charges nothing in between.
Recommend the software
Whoever brings a fleet that subscribes: consultants, sales agents, associations, technology companies.
Basis: the fleet’s subscription
- 50% of what we receive for every fleet you bring during its first 12 months, and 20% from then on.
- With 10 or more active clients, your commission becomes 30% for life instead of 20%.
- Your client gets a 10% discount on its subscription (not combinable with other offers).
- The basis is the amount before VAT, after your client’s discount and minus the Stripe fee. Each commission is held for 30 days (60 on each client’s first invoice).
Founding operators, who join by invitation, keep 50% for life while they keep their account. Learn about the founding operators programme
It is Codelabs Studio’s single partner programme, the same across all its products. The full terms are at partners.codelabs.studio.
