Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to create an account?
They book from the wedding link, with their flight details and destination. You follow each service from your panel.
Who collects the payment for the transfer?
The guest pays for their transfer when booking. The fleet gets its full fare and your channel commission, agreed with us, is added on top.
Can I see who has booked and who has not?
In your panel you see the bookings made from your wedding link and the status of each one. Who has yet to book you can tell by comparing with your guest list.
Are there cars for families or large groups?
Yes: vans for 7-8 and minibuses for 15-16. Groups of more than 16 are reviewed by hand and are not quoted automatically.
What if I only need the transfers for one wedding?
You can request it just once with the request form, without opening a long-term account.
Only need transfers for one specific occasion?
Ask once with the request form and we pass it on to verified fleets, without opening a channel.
