What if the patient’s flight is delayed?
The flight monitor remakes the pickup and notifies the traffic manager. If the operator cannot make the new time, the service passes to another fleet in the network.
Are there vehicles for patients in wheelchairs?
Yes. When booking you indicate that there is a passenger in a wheelchair and an accessible vehicle is assigned.
Can we follow the car from the clinic?
Yes. Every booking has a tracking link that you can share with the clinic or with the patient’s family.
Which areas have cars?
Wherever there are verified fleets in the network. Today the supply is in Spain, with the Costa del Sol (Málaga) as the main area. Before you quote, we tell you whether there is coverage.
