What you get
A vehicle for every group
Sedan (up to 4), van (7-8), minibus (15-16) and coach. You choose the vehicle according to group size and luggage.
Large groups, reviewed by hand
Groups of more than 16 people are not quoted automatically: we review them by hand so the vehicle and the price make sense.
Shared seats
When the fleet sells the shared service by seat, you can book just the seats you need instead of a whole vehicle.
Delayed flight, service saved
The flight monitor remakes the pickup. If the fleet cannot make the new time, the service goes back to the Service Pool and another fleet does it.
Tracking and voucher
Every booking has its PDF voucher and a tracking link so the guide or the passenger can watch the car arrive.
Fixed price
The quoted price is the price charged, with no surge pricing. You can lock the transfer cost into the package price.

- DMC
- Destination management company: a local company that organises services at a destination (transfers, excursions, accommodation) for tour operators and agencies.
- Tour operator
- A company that designs travel packages (transport, accommodation and services) and sells them through agencies or directly to travellers.

Which vehicles can I book for a group?

What if a group’s flight is delayed?
The pickup is remade with the real time. If the operator cannot make the new time, the service goes back to the Service Pool so another fleet does it.
Can individual seats be sold?
Yes, when the operator sells the shared service by seat. If they do not offer it, the whole vehicle is booked.
Which destinations have cars?
Today the supply is in Spain, with the Costa del Sol (Málaga) as the main area. Before you quote, we tell you whether there is coverage.
