Can I organize transport for a conference or event through TransfersManager?
You can ask through this form. TransfersManager is not the transport company itself: it passes your request on to verified private transfer, VTC and taxi operators in the Service Pool, and one of them contacts you and provides the service.
How long until someone responds?
We don’t set a response time: it depends on which operator takes your request and on availability in your area. Asking has no cost or commitment.
Can I choose the operator myself?
Not directly: your request is offered to the verified operators in the area, and one of them decides to take it and contacts you with a proposal.
What if no operator covers my area or date?
It can happen. We’ll let you know, and there is no cost for having asked.
