Many attendees landing within a few hours exceed the cars of a single transport company, and the rest end up in the taxi queue.
Every flight changes the plan
A generic shuttle timetable leaves some waiting and others missing the departure. The right plan follows each real arrival.
Large groups cannot be improvised
A minibus or coach for a delegation needs to be checked against the event schedule, not ordered through a form like a saloon car.

Your customer books and a local fleet drives
At a price fixed when booking. A verified fleet does the service, following the flight, and you earn your margin.
How you earn: net rate
The fleet sets its price. You put your margin on top, between 4% and 10% (10% by default). TransfersManager keeps 15% of the fleet’s price, card payment included, and the fleet always keeps 85%. We settle your margin with you by bank transfer.

What you get
Arrivals by flight number
Each attendee books with their flight, and the pickup is planned on the real arrival rather than on a generic schedule.
Delays without phone calls
The flight monitor remakes the pickup when a flight is delayed and notifies the traffic manager. You do not have to chase anyone.
The network covers the peaks
If the assigned fleet cannot make the new time, the service goes back to the Service Pool and another verified fleet takes it.
From sedan to coach
Sedans for the speakers, vans for 7-8, minibuses for 15-16 and coaches for the big groups.
Groups over 16, reviewed by hand
A group of more than 16 people is not quoted automatically: we review it by hand so the vehicle and the operation fit.
Fixed price and a voucher per attendee
The quoted price is the price charged, with no surge pricing. Every booking has its PDF voucher and tracking link.

What is true today
- Today the booking website quotes transfers on the Costa del Sol (Málaga) at a fixed price. The partner network opens destination by destination: before you quote we tell you live whether there is a verified fleet, and where there is none nothing is sold.
- A real fleet already serves its website on its own domain with us: costadelsoltransfers.com.
- If a flight is delayed, the pickup is remade; if the fleet cannot make it, the service passes to another fleet in the network.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book for many attendees at once?
Yes. Each attendee can book with their flight from the portal or from a link, and your team sees all the services in a single panel.
What happens if a flight is delayed?

What if my group is over 16 people?
