Pickup, drop-off, date, passengers and luggage. The quote comes from the same pricing engine as your website: never a made-up number.

Check availability

Which vehicle categories are free for that trip, before anything gets created.

Create a booking
create_booking

Creates the booking directly in your own tenant, with the details you gave your assistant.

Check a booking's status
get_booking_status

Confirmed, assigned, in progress or completed: the real status of a booking that already exists.

How you connect

With your account (recommended)

The first call opens your browser to sign in with your TransfersManager account (OAuth 2.1). No key to copy or store.

With an operator API key

Prefer a fixed key? Create one in your dashboard, under Settings → API, and paste it into the Authorization: Bearer header. Professional plan or higher only.

Whichever way you connect, your assistant only sees and books within your own tenant, never another operator's data.

  1. Open claude.ai and go to Settings, Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Paste the URL below and click Add.
  4. Authorize with your TransfersManager account on the screen that appears.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't cancel any booking.
  • It doesn't charge or handle any payment.
  • It doesn't modify an existing booking: it only checks its status.
