For hotels

The transfer your guest asks for at the front desk, without you handling it by hand

A hotel doesn’t always run its own fleet, and the front desk ends up calling a trusted taxi or VTC every time a guest asks. Ask us once and we pass it on to verified operators.

Coming soon: a booking engine under your hotel’s own brand, with a QR code for the front desk.

The problem you show up with

  • The front desk calling a different taxi or VTC every time a guest asks for an airport transfer.
  • No single supplier to talk to when guest volume rises in high season.
  • Depending on the usual taxi being free exactly when the guest needs it.

How asking TransfersManager solves it

  • A single request, one-off or for several transfers, instead of calling a different supplier every time.
  • The request reaches verified private transfer, VTC and taxi operators in the Service Pool around the hotel.
  • The operator who takes it contacts you directly to work out times and conditions for the transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace the taxi we already use?

It doesn’t have to: it’s an additional way to request a transfer when your usual supplier isn’t available, or to centralize requests in one place.

Can I request recurring transfers, not just a one-off?

Yes, note it in the form’s notes field: the approximate number of transfers per month or week, and the operator who takes the request will work it out with you.

Is there a hotel-branded booking engine?

A hotel-branded booking engine with a QR code for the front desk is under construction, coming soon. Today, this form is the way to ask.

What happens if no operator takes the transfer?

It can happen, especially with little advance notice. Asking has no cost or commitment.
