Is this for a one-off transfer or only recurring contracts?
It works for both: note in the form whether it’s a one-off transfer or you need several over time, and the operator who takes it will work it out with you.
Can I request it for a single employee, or does it need to be a group?
It can be for a single person or a group; the form’s approximate-number-of-people field is only a rough estimate.
Who invoices the service?
The operator who provides the transfer, directly with you. TransfersManager doesn’t invoice this service: it only passes on the request.
Is there any commitment from filling in the form?
None. It’s a request, not a booking or a contract.
